4. When you submit the 'Contact me' form, you will be providing your name, email, telephone and the details of your message. This information is used to respond to your enquiry. These details will be shared with the founder. By using this service, you consent for your information to be processed in this way.

1. Treatment: Your information is used to provide you with counselling and psychotherapeutic services, evaluate the clients progress, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans that often evolve.

3. Legal and Ethical Obligations: I may use your information to comply with legal and ethical requirements, such as mandatory reporting of certain issues.

CA Psychotherapy may not be able to provide therapy if you do not agree to records and information being kept about you. Under the GDPR you can ask for your records to be erased but CA Psychotherapy may have to keep basic information to fulfil professional requirements. When it is necessary to move your records or contact information around (electronically, between computers and other devices, or physically by moving paper records) precautions are in place to protect your information from being seen by anyone without your permission.
